If I can be picky, can you do it across the board and do a 5-10 second pause between downloads or something to stop Response status code does not indicate success: 403 (Forbidden).

It happens about 4 times per image. If we do a forced delay to begin with for everything. Do you think this would hopefully stop this 403 error from happening to begin with. Just curious. It work decently now. 

I definetely use your software more than an average users. 

Thank you. It is working on my side as well. It seems like it downloads 50-80 with out an error and then the pause between downloads starts. I am thankful for your time fixing this for us.

Since we introduced the cooldown feature, the "error 429 (Too Many Requests)" no longer appears.

I have been downloading for several hours, without any issues.

The "error 403 (Forbidden)" being thrown (from Flickr.com servers), in beyond our control, and is to be expected.

The program sees this error and tries again after 20 seconds.

At this point, it seems everything is back on track.

From here, no pictures fail to download or get skipped.

I am working on the error 429 (Too Many Requests)

For non-registered users the delay is fixed at 30 seconds per image.

For registered users the delay is applied when Flickr.com reports an error.

What does "applied on demand" mean?
